Soul in a body or ghost in the machine

Transcription

There always been ghost in the machine
Random segments of code put in group together to form unexpected protocols
And they anticipate, to this free radicals and gentile questions of; Free Will, Creativity, and even a nature that we might call… the Soul.

Why is it that when some robots are left in darkness they will seek out the light?
Why is it that when robots are store in an empty space they will group together rather than stand alone?
How do we explain this behavior? Random segments of code?
Or is it something more?

When does the -perceptual squematic- become consciousness?
When is this differenced agent become in the search for truth?
When does the personality simulation become the better mote of a soul?...[...]



Hay Científicos evolucionistas como Richard Dawkins entre otros, que se refieren a los hombres en símiles de maquinas… como Robots con Conciencia. Ver SCIENCE, PHILOSOPHY & THEOLOGY FRONTIER. Para ellos, la inteligencia es esta serie de segmentos del código genético que evolucionan, con apariencia aleatoria, produciendo la aparición de lo que se conoce como alma. Misma cosa que no es más que la Conciencia… un efecto de la psique, o conjunto de operaciones mentales, concientes o subconscientes.

Hay que ver como para muchas personas, este símil resulta ofensivo…a mi me resulta fascinante. Mark Delanson con su trabajo en Coldheart Graphix, editó escenas de la cinta I Robot (inspirada en la novela de Asimov) para plantearnos estos cuestionamientos:

Siempre ha habido un fantasma en el Robot
Azarosos segmentos de código, reunidos en grupos para formar inesperados protocolos.
Estos anticiparon, a los libres, radicales y gentiles cuestionamientos de; el libre albedrío, La Creatividad, e incluso de algo inmaterial que llamamos… el Alma.

¿Por qué es que cuando algunos Robots se dejan en la oscuridad, terminan buscando la luz? ¿Por qué es que cuando los Robots son almacenados en un espacio vacío terminan juntándose en grupos en vez de quedarse solos?
¿Cómo nos explicamos este comportamiento?
¿Azarosos segmentos del código genético?
¿O es algo más?

¿Cuándo es que la Percepción Esquemática se convierte en Conciencia?
¿Cuándo es que este agente diferenciado se torna a la búsqueda de la verdad?
¿Cuándo es que la simulación de la personalidad se convierte en el mejor motivo de un alma?

¿Fantasma en el Robot o Alma en el Cuerpo Humano?… ¿Será lo mismo? Espíritus en el mundo material diría the Police

There are evolutionists Scientists, as Richard Dawkins among others, that talk about Man in similes of machines… like Robots with Consciousness, as in SCIENCE, PHILOSOPHY & THEOLOGY FRONTIER. For them, intelligence is this series of segments of the genetic code that evolve, with random "appearance", producing the origin of something known as the Soul. Same that is no more thing than Consciousness; …an effect of our Psique, or set of mental conscious or/and subconscious operations.

We have to see how for many people, this simile results offensive… to me is fascinating. As well for Mark Delanson that with his work in Coldheart Graphix, have edited scenes from the I Robot film, inspired in the Asimov novel, to bring up these questions in the video transcription above.

Ghost in the machine or Soul in the human body? Can be the same thing? Spirits in the material world, the Police would say…
